Vegan Vanilla Ice Cream in a super yummy cone bowl!

So, if I served you an awesome ice cream, like, a totally mind-blowingly awesome ice cream, as in a flavor rush to the tongue, bang the table, throw the hair back, re-enact the scene from When Harry Met Sally kind of awesome ice cream, would you be pissed if I told you it was vegan?

I have lots of vegan friends. Okay, maybe not lots, but it seems like every time we entertain, Lara and I inevitably play the, “is so-and-so vegan?” game. I don’t want to exclude anyone from enjoying my ice creams, so I definitely plan to offer at least a few vegan friendly options at all times.

The question here is, will that alienate ice cream omnivores? Will those non-vegans, folks like me, folks who are normally otherwise unaware of the ingredients in their super-delicious chocolate ice cream anyway, suddenly question whether or not their super-delicious chocolate ice cream is comprised mainly of beet hearts, brussel sprout juice and fermented seitan curds?

I mean, just look at the photo above, how could anybody be scared of that little guy? Don’t you just want to dive into it face first and worry about the spoon later?
